Beautiful cat, love the facial detail and riveted expression. I do find the similarly colored logs a distraction (but hey, thats where the cat was, right?). - Not sure if you could have done this, but a shallower DOF might have blurred the logs a tad. (Photoshop option: Gaussian blur of the background)

I like the DOF. The right eye with the glasses is off a little and maybe an angle adjustment could have fixed that overall nice shot.
