sheby jmritzComment by HarveyG: If it's a satellite image of the planet Venus I'd agree. Looks like a nipple top right :) It's probably her eye right? |

giddyup!by jmritzComment by Paul: I'm going through the entries, stopping at those images I feel have had the benefit of an unconventional eye and dwelling a little longer to try to see and appreciate what you saw. This is one of those images.
Positives: Noise aplenty here - but put to good use. The obscuring noise is curtain-like - makes us keep our distance and keeps them private - it feels like we are invisible to them as a consequence and as such it feels like we are looking at an authentic (and truly unobserved) scene. You have left exactly enough of the horse to assist the brain in making sense of the scene.
Critical stuff: Nothing really - it is an extreme image that should not be compromised.
Overall: Bold, effective stuff. |

come along nowby jmritzComment by bohemka: Pretty wild. Definitely an alien abduction about to happen, and I'm glad I'm at work and not sitting at home in the dark after a few beers. Cool shot. |
