I'm not a fortune teller
I won't be bringing news of what tomorrow brings
I'll leave that up to you
I'm not a fortune teller
Don't have crystal ball
I can't predict the future
Can't see nothing at all
It doesn't mean I'm afraid of all the things that you say
But I just think we should stay
Stuck in the moment today
And as the seasons roll back
No matter how hard I try
Summer will end and the leaves will turn again |

smartsby jmritzComment by yanko: This photo is absurd yet still manages to convince you of its reality (i.e. the whole point of the craft). It's unfortunate, but photography is quickly becoming a lost art. The days of a thousand words are pretty much gone. Nowhere is this more evident than this challenge. We awarded three ribbons to photos for their dust jackets alone, while missing out on this novel. Your 20th place finish does nothing more than illustrate the fact that voters are still reading at 3rd grade levels. |
