This is just a hard picture to judge. The exposure just seems off to me. I can't tell what this is suppose to be. I can barely make out that it is a wheel barrel.

I would reshoot this, and either chimp or pay very close attention to the light meter after asking: what is my subject? What am I trying to show about that subject?

For me this has a lot of wasted frame to the right and not enough room at the top. Perhaps a different crop.
