Not quite sure what you were going for here, the overall effect is one of a snapshot. I think it's the glare and reflections in the windows that let the photo down. It's not entirely clear what your point of focus is... is it the woman looking in the window? The writing? The model in the poster? The arrangement of all these elements seems haphazard and not pleasing to the eye.

nice shot... good contrast. the reflections off the glass are distracting and hurt the photo. A polarizing filter will reduce the glare. 5

Very nice photo. Try and see if it would work better in a more dreamy setting, as if coming from the past. Also, recompose a bit to eliminate the branch top center and the spoke that is coming diagonally from bott.right to top left, behind the front wheel, making it look uneven.
