spiritby jmritzComment by PhilipDyer: This is a really dramatic subject for this challenge, but the image is so dark that it's kind of hard to see what's going on. Maybe a tighter crop would bring more attention to the subject. Still, very nice shot and an excellent choice for this challenge. |

sorryby jmritzComment by Nusbaum: You nailed the flower, but the hand seems a little purple to me. The edges of the finger also seem a little harsh against the solid black background. The idea is great and the execution does have some impact. Just a few details from my perspective that make this a good image rather than a great one. |
