The pipes sticking out of the wall behind the subject are a major distraction. I'd suggest recomposing to block these out.

Technically there are several things that make this image rough around the edges, but the moment that you captured means more to me then the technical things. I like the drink, cigar, shirt, hat... it all works well together. The location of the shoot with the colors and composition make for a thought provoking image. 8 -danny
