I like the pairing of the ol' cowboy with the old bench. Both have weathered the times and time has left it's mark on both of them. The cowboy looks tired and with the faraway look seems to be reminiscing about the past. The bench, though old and worn, offers him a place to sit and take comfort. Nicely presented - plus for using B&W so your audience can appreciate the details of the shot.

I love the way you chose to go with an image that does not scream "long exposure". No motion blur, not light streaks, no creamy skies and water...
The majority of the voters will probably not like it, though. :-(
