She looked back over her shoulder at the ruins they were leaving. The sadness was heavy. The past lay behind them, but she carried her family's future.
Bearing her granddaughter on the foundation of her back, she turned to the road and a new home.

That is the story I feel when I look upon this shot. A great shot - something I would expect to see in a story in National Geographic.

Sad end to prob a nice boat...I love the sky...Honestly, I think that you could have either done a long shutter and had the water look like it was flowing...or do a faster shutter and completely stop the motion. Still a good shot
