Now here is a wonderful 1000 piece puzzle if I ever saw one. Great reflections of the clouds and boats both. Only thing I don't like about it is the dark in the bottom left hand corner. I know you wanted as much of the reflection of the boat as possible, but I wonder if the dark is worth it. Personally I would have cropped the dark out, rather than have it spoil an otherwise perfect picture. Man I hate that dark spot. But I still like the shot and it's worth a 9. PTL I really want to give a 10 but can't. I hate that dark spot........

Glad you didn't say they were racing. This is a quality shot, sure is dirty water, but there seems to be something missing when I look at it. Maybe a closer shot so we could see the people better? I like the reflections in the water and the bank on the side. I also like the cropping of the bank, showing how high it is. Wish I could pinpoint what is missing. Right now it's a 6. PTL If I figure it out I'll update my comment.

Glad you put "Photography" in your title or wouldn't have known your occupation. That's sneaky. "Rebirth" ? must mean of the creek. It appears to have two sources coming into it. I really like the colors and the reflections, especially of the sky. That adds awesome color to the whole thing. Good focus and nice cropping. Good composition and nice execution. Deserves an 8 but I'm not too sure I would have know the profession without the title, so will give a 7. PTL

A nice photo, but I do not think it quite fits the challenge. Using photography as your occupation/what you do in a photography challenge is kinda weird. Everyone submitting photos in this challenge could submit any picture and say photography otherwise. jgillard6
