the second "untitled" photo in this challenge so far. Thats irritating. Why not come up with a title? A title is meant to convey something about the image from the photographer, to the viewer. What are you going for here?
It's an interesting shot, I just wish you had a title. Needs a bit of contrast, levels/curves adjustment. Not sure if I have ever seen a little ducky with no eyes. lol where did you find that?

I don't have any experience with portraits such as this, my two cents would be perhaps a slight bump in contrast? Looks a bit flat. Also as awpollard points out in the forum thread - the second catch light on the eye is distracting.

Great composition and subject matter. Lighting and detail are good, rich in color without being over-saturated, and good use of splitting the shot with the diagonals.
