I would've preferred a litle more focus on the "black" pieces, and, as useful as the numbers/letters are for a budding chess player, I think they are a little distracting in this photo. |

Maybe solid black, or white, or black and white. I don't know. Currently, it is just a little drab. The trick is nice. I've seen those birds before, what how did you do that with the coins?
