I think you could have exposed this a little bit more. If your aim was to have the shore black, maybe you could have done that with levels, while keeping the lake surface a little bit more bright.

Nice composition. You need to really look at this piece to appreciate the meditative state it creates. That foreground rock just creates this amazing sense of well being and peace.
