Once-usefulby WhebbComment by Denielle: Not sure the lighting does this photo justice. Also, perhaps a different angle would have made it more appealing?
I like the idea, just think with a little tweaking, it could have looked much better. JMO |

Journalby WhebbComment by Jon_H: I very nearly skipped by this image, I'm glad i stopped and took more time. I really like the processing and overall look. A slice of everyday life. |

Journalby WhebbComment by Denielle: First thing I noticed... Edgar Allen Poe... one of my all-time favorite writers. I love the darkness and the color to this shot... it adds a "dark mysteriousness" to it. The noise/grain works in favor here. The coffee cup adds that little extra to the shot. The way it's composed is beautiful. Very nicely done |

Chocoholicby WhebbComment by Denielle: Good concept.
Seems like there is some fabric or something that can be seen... cloning that out would have taken the distraction away. The white balance also seems like it may be a little "off", a little underexposed maybe?
Like the idea. And I am definitely a chocoholic as well! |

The Flatrock Fallsby WhebbComment by pelican: Nice job on the exposure to keep the whole while turning the waterfall into the curtain of 'whipped cream'. |

The Flatrock Fallsby WhebbComment by giantmike: Nice choice of perspective and shutter speed.
Note that there is some very noticeable chromatic aberration in the photo. Look to the places where the trees and rocks meet the sky. The bright green/pink can easily be corrected in post processing, and make you image look much sharper. |
