Maybe a little local color correction on her fingers so the skin tones fit with the rest of the shot, or darken them down a lot (since her hand is so much closer to the lens, it appears disproportionately large, so might benefit from a darker, blurrier mystery on the hand), but nice light on her face, good pose, and I like the pearls on the floor -- 7
