The fore ground is distracting, I would have enjoyed the picture more had you focused more on the the boats that are "up for the winter".

I think this scene would have worked better for me if the white balance were adjusted to reduce the strong yellow cast from the lights.

nice, although I think there is a bit much boat there in the foreground, imho if the lower part of it had been cropped out it would make the image have much more impact.
