A letterbox frame would have made it seem bigger - and brought out the frame haters LOL Darned if you do, darned if you don't . . . Away by gyabanComment by Bear_Music: Congrats on the blue, Christophe. There's a palpable, brooding weight of silence here. |

Thank you. "Best" is subjective, sometimes it is hard to foresee how the various opinions will merge together. But thanks for letting me know yours. |

Thanks Susan! It is not particularly tiny, it is 800 pixels wide. I suppose this impression comes from the fact I used a 2:1 ratio, resulting in only 400 pixels vertically. |

Thanks a lot Dennis. Yes, I used a ND 1000 filter. However, to get that contrasted horizon, I processed the RAW file 2 times, one time with normal exposure for the sea and fortress, and another time (lower exposure and much more contrast) for the sky. Then I blended them manually together. |

Away by gyabanComment by Samantha_T: If I calculated right, I am 37 blue ribbons behind you. How can I catch up if you are awesome at EVERYTHING?? :)
I love slower exposure shots like this with both sky and water. Beautiful work. |
