I think the heavy frame overpowers the image. I really like the hint of grain. Nice sepia conversion. :) Me again. I'm negating the fact that the border is thick. I've looked this a dozen more times and am going to up my score. I'm not going to erase the original stuff, so you'll know how much I've gone back and forth. Upping to an 8

Interesting about the conversion to sepia. I see a little green in the shirt and red in the shorts. But I like the effect, because it reminds me of an old faded photo.

I love the child... and love the outsidetherulesness of her walking outside the frame... but the things that immediately draw my attention are the two brightest spots. I'd have darkened those and raised your score by 2 or 3... (not voting)
