The patient Pelicanby NeatComment by Lydia: Ha! I love this! Especially the processing and the tilt.
There are halos around it all... as if you blurred the background and the mask wasn't quite right.
I love the colors and your composition, but I think those halos will significantly lower your score on this. I'm bummed for you about that.
