Interesting choice in setup. White on white with a pop of red. Seems to work, although the top part of the image is distracting.

nice high key, great processing on this to get the effect, like that they're not all looking at you, know of them are actually, makes it feel a little more natural, background is also nice with just enough detail but not a distraction.
