Honk For Democracyby giantmikeComment by HarveyG: I wonder what the Arabic says! Nice street shot. What gets me about these placard carrying is there's always someone else willing to put life on the line for their ideals... |

Mont Rochelleby giantmikeComment by Ja-9: for me it seems that the mountains in the BG should be in super sharp focus with the FG being softer...(JMO) |

Peppermint Loveby giantmikeComment by littlemav: Did a very nice job handleing the snow and shadows.. love that you retained the little crystal glistening ice... The only thing that bothers me a little about his is the snow in the forground is a tish out of focus, it confused my eye, because you have a leading triangle to the heart but my eye wanted to go to the side of the heart where the focus is criper on the snow.. Over all though this is one of my fav shots, you've done well with the comosition, light, and shadow! |

Mont Rochelleby giantmikeComment by CNovack: What a beautiful view that invites me to sit down, take a seat and have a glass of wine:-) Lovely colors and inviting scenery you have captured. It is inviting but I feel the composition could be stronger. First off I think that the horizontal presentation doesn't play up the strengths of the lines and shapes in the scene. A vertical composition would compliment the vertical shape of the tiffiany glass windows and the open door view. Not only that but you would capture more of the full length of the chair that would further be an invitation to the viewer to have a seat. |
