That poor gerbera has seen better days, but I like the texture of the peeling poster. I also like the apparent graffiti on the sign next to it, too.

An interesting placement of windows, and visually stark looking building.

However, I don't understand why you chose to shoot an elevation (a 2-dimensional view of one side of the building) for this challenge. That plus the very flat light produce something that is flat in both form and light, which IMO is the antithesis of what this challenge is about. Not voting.
