00by herfotomanComment by 2mccs: The stark black and white, often silhouetted, processing of these images greatly added to the interest for me. The size and power of the rhinos seems exaggerated while the birds seem diminished by the process. I have enjoyed the essay very much. |

Me myself Iby herfotomanComment by Catherine_B: hmmm, not exactly what I was expecting in the happy animal category.... Stepping close to the DNMC edge, but the image is so intriguing that I can't mark it down for being a bit off topic.
There is so much detail in this image, and the B/W really works. Love the water drops too. |

The gatheringby herfotomanComment by MadMan2k: I like the shapes and tones of this one. Maybe not something he would shoot, but the overall composition isn't too far off, if we imagine the subjects to be larger things. |
