10 for concept, 8 for execution: 9 overall. :-> I hear the photo (which is my major grading criteria for this contest), and it's an appealing image overall. Good colors, good focus (esp. on the vibrations near the glass), but something about it just doesn't 'pop' for me and push it higher.

I just wished you had cropped a little differently, at least for me.
If you click on the restore down button, and leave the width as normal and start shrinking vertically. Then have your picture start right where the right side bottom corner is touching the water/rock junction meet. This would make me focus more on the bridge.

I like the clarity of focus on this shot, but the sepia toning seems to drag the image down a bit. It makes the image very dark and almost bland.

The overal sepia color of the shot also emphasizes the green plant sprouting from the top of the cat's head. Perhaps a different angle on the shot might have solved that particular problem.

Overall, it's a nice shot. Clear and nicely focused. The composition kudos would have to, in all honesty, go to the person who arranged the stuffed cat.
