I hope you gave him a dollar for taking the picture... gees how desperate! This is a very interesting photo... a lot going on here. It bothers me that the girl next to the guy trying to get money has a cigarette which probably cost money... This photo says a lot to me, but not back to school.

Almost brilliant, I really like this shot, which pulls you in to try to find out what is going on. Great colours in the background, but the composition is just a bit cluttered. The exposure is just a bit too dark for me. Your subjects have great expressions, chemistry and attitude. 7

Refreshing image capturing more than what one expect, given the (topical) invitation to produce a clichee. Technically, I consider the photo a little dark and have some reservation about the large DOF, icluding so much of the background. I would, perhaps, wish for a slighter sharper focus of the faces. The sign the is hilariously effective here, given the trend.

All in all, a worthwhile piece of photojournalism with a strongly contemporary subject.

It's a good tool shot but the image is blurred - probably because lighting is dark and shutter speed is slow. You really needed a tripod or to rest on something solid. Nice contextual composition though.

I've been staring at this shot for minutes, and I can't even think of a comment! I'm considering hanging this in my daughter's room, and I'll remind her every day that if she ever brings home anyone who looks like these people, she's in BIG trouble!! Quite a capture here, I must say!

This is a sad shot to me, yet very well executed. I like that you make a point with this shot. It evokes feeling which is not easy to do. Good sharp clear image too
