Clever idea, and something different from the many many orange flower shots in this challenge :-)
I especially like that you included the different stages of the painting, with one untouched, one in the process, and one practically finished.
If the hand (your hand?) was situated more in the top left corner and angling downwards, I think the composition would be even more pleasing.

Great looking shot, i'm trying to work out how you've done it. I can only imagine that the pitcher is holding a stick with the ball on the end of it. So if i'm right then it's not really a stop motion picture however it is an excellent concept, well executed. 9
