Great timing to capture the curled tongue licking the nose! Love the light that illuminates this beloved pet as he/she waits by the window waiting for their loved one(s) to return home. Beautiful details too from the fur to the catchlight in the dog's eye. I quite agree with the quote -Happy dogs do wait with anxious anticipation for us to return home and the warm welcome they greet us with is overflowing.
