Nice photo, just a shame the focus isn't a little sharper.

I voted earlier - and I gave you a 9 .. the moss covered rocks are echoed in what is left of the roof .. the dappled sunlight peeking here and there through the trees contributes to the magical feeling this photo conjures up in my mind. The ivy growing up the tree looks like it is reaching for the remains of the roof to continue the reclamation. This is one of the times when you don't need DOF to succeed because everything is in perfect focus. Excellent pping work that you didn't take to extremes. I have to give it one more gentle bump and then I can go no further :)

Change the name to "3 Windows" there isn't any street! LOVELY, well done, too bad you couldn't take down that ugly distracting light fixture... without it I'd give it a 10.

I took off 5 points for that, otherwise the black and white was pretty good other than the subjects being dead centered in the photo (review rule of thirds). The pattern in the tile could have been used to create an interesting diagonal leading line if camera had moved to left which would have also given a less bright background at the top.

Rules are meant to be broken. Some shots work better without following the rule of thirds. However, saying that the subjects are centered in the photo is wrong. They are clearly in the upper part as the bottom third is all foreground.
