I gave you a 6 for technical merit and for its standing out as, e.g., not another picture of a flower or bug. But to me it lacked much depth or contrast; the crack and splotch could be interesting elements but weren't really present enough to add much. Reading your comments now, this photo does somewhat come across as a "pretty much all I could think of" kind of image. Cheers, I still love ya.
