The modern operatorby CoryComment by mycelium: Second Niall's comment - this is a conceptually strong photo and makes a welcome jab at the epidemic of infuriating phone trees. (A lot of them you can just pound 9, 0, or # to get to a real person, but that doesn't always work... and even more than traditional ones, I can't stand the ones that require you to speak phrases to a robot.) Anyway, congrats on top ten! |

Modern operators can be automated. I thought it was a great idea of a take on the challenge, and scored it appropriately. |
