This seems a bit underexposed overall to me, and lowering the perspective might strengthen things some.

While this is overdone, it's overdone in an interesting way. The editing itself compounds upon the textures inherent in the original for a nice effect. I'm not too keen on the slight vignette action you have going on though. It's very pronounced and draws me away from the subject.
