This is a nice attempt at focus blur. I tried for that but failed for the most part. I wish there was more definition on the center of the burst on the right.

I find this image to be very appealing.... that being said I don't really see the motion. The Oats look very crisp and stationary to me. So that being said I had a dilemma, rate for how much I like the image, or how closely I think it follows the challenge. Fortunately for you I decided to rate on what I like, and this image got a "7"!
