Hrm, 5.78? I think this photo was underscored. I really liked the abstraction of a mundane object, and this photo showed good control of tonality. I thought it was really good that you got the full range of tones. Points of criticism would be the border (I would have liked an equal amount of room on the sides as the top, and I think the white was too bright) and the loss of detail in the darker areas of the helmet, but the care and skill you demonstrated with the rest of the photo should, I think, have been enough for a significantly higher score.

I like the color and the background contrast, both color and texture. Not sure that I can see the title fitting with the photo, but the photo is well done.
