I was one of your low voters and thought I would drop a comment. Here I find there is nothing for the eye to focus on. It follows the lines of the blinds across the photo and it is pretty much out of focus. It is kind of interesting that the light on each blind is a greyscale from highlight to lowlight, but there is nothing of detail to look at.

Nice attempt here. Just wanted to revisit this because I liked it and wanted to see your exif data... f32 @ 15 seconds iso 200... I wonder if you could have gotten a better result using iso 100 and bulb mode for 15 seconds with a somewhat bigger aperture?? Anyway something to try. I hope you had fun shooting.
