Compositionally appealing. I feel the DOF you used let you down. The foreground pole should IMO be OOF and only from the 2nd pole (already halfway in the frame) should the focus kick in all the way up to the horison. This would lead my eye to focus on the "west" distant hills following the fence-line. Now I'm constantly drawn to the foreground 1st pole. The exposure is good considering it appears to be a once off shot and not a blend. Perhaps a tad more saturation and levels could be applied to give it some more crispness and punch.

I really love fence and wire shots. Portrait perspective works here, it reinforces the size of the sky, and the confinement of fences.
