I elected to use a rating table to decide on what value to assign during voting.

1 No Animal/People Interaction
2 Slightly Appealing, but no Animal/People Interaction
3 Moderately Appealing, but on Animal/People Interaction

The composition is super but I feel the photo is being let down by the technicals. It appears dull and maybe a bit overexposed. This could do with a bit more contrast, or you could have gone in the opposite direction and made it very high key.
