There is something off-screen but I have no idea what it is. There is no expression on the face to indicate a certain feeling to me. Technically the picture is fine, exposure, sharpness etc., although I would have cropped out the light at the bottom border and the darker spot at the right border.

The transparency of this subject makes this a tough one to light without loosing detail. It was a very good idea to light it from behind, but I would have liked to see some fill, maybe from a reflector, to bring out some detail in the black part of the subject.

I'll have to assume this is a hearing aid, never having worn one or seen one of these newer models. Not much detail in green parts shadows. Could use better fill lighting/reflectors to help in that regard. Silver battery has turned too dark because of that as well and seems to have picked up a green cast from the green earpiece.
