I gave this a 5 and now feel that I was generous.
The problem is that there is no real focal point, its not a view and its not a picture of a bridge.
It also gives the effect of being wonky.
I think a better picture could have been to focus on maybe the rusty area and/or the wood (patterns and textures )
Hope you get me and I have not been too harsh.

cute girl, but watch your focus points. Her hand is in focus but not her face. The image seems more of a snapshot rather than a portrait.

Kaitlyn is a gorgeous cutie! I think that the landscape orientation is not a good fit here - too much space beside her, a bit too tightly cropped above her. Try cropping this picture in from the sides close to her shoulders and I think that would make an improvement. Also a little tweak of contrast might help make it more lively.

Not a very harmonious picture and a tad bit too high key. It seems that barely any effort was made here. Just trying to be honest.

Exposure, composition, angle, line of sight, focus, DOF and most elements make absolutely no sense to me.
