Are the white oval reflections part of the image, or just reflections? This one is a bit flat - it may have worked better if you'd set it up in such a way as to create more of an impression of depth. I'm not sure that B&W suits this one, because there isn't a great tonal range. Given that it's a recent book color would have probably been more appropriate anyway.

I really like this idea. The skin tones and shadows/highlights would appear much more natural in natural sunlight. Try taking this outside on a bright day, but in shade to avoid harsh shadows. Nice composition; centered is a good choice for this subject.

I enjoyed the colour impact of this image, Technically it is good if a little on the busy side!

I think I would crop the top portion of the image to emphasise the impact of the bottom half! Just my opinion though

A challenging title for BW. A bit out of focus too. The Glasses had a good impression of light eyes, but the stone and the other object... may be a pen... is blurry and apear not to be intentional, despite of your further comments.
