I tried several times to adjust the size in Photoshop to 640 pixels.....It would not accept the upload on DPChallenge...I'm so bummed. Perhaps, I could have had a higher score! Thanks to all of you who put comments!

looks like a really good image, but it would be much more effective if you would use the full size. Check out the tutorial for preparing you images for DPC challenges.

Photo would probably fare better if you increased the size to the allowable limit, it's difficult to tell what is going on in there...

Please learn how to resize for challenges so that your image can be a stronger contender within the competition. Details for resizing are in the tutorial section. Now for the image. Because this shot was taken in what appears to be the corner of a building it looses the tilted aspect that you should be trying to capture and the subject is not very interesting.
