I think it's CONtrails (CONdensation). They ARE in the the right place and they ARE out of focus! would have a been a nice shot for another challenge

Unfortunately, not a great photo - sun and silhouette of trees is nice, but would be better if the colors weren't so blotchly and if the photo was less grainy. BTW, I believe they are called contrails, short for condensation trails, and I think they are in place in the sky, not out of place.

Nice compositon, but it looks like a very tight crop -- the sky is very pixelated and the trees are very soft.n And, I'm not really sure what' s out of place.
