This was a special challenge and I can't complain. On the other hand I must say that I'm really proud of my image and I don't understand how I could get so many low votes. And above all my score dropped 0.15 in the last few hours. All I can say is an italian sentence I already used before: l'invidia è una brutta bestia :)

This image has so much potential, but I think you didn't go all the way with it. For example, you could of gone with an Alice in Wonderland theme and dressed her in some sort of fantasy clothes. I do appreciate the overall quality of the image (e.g. sharpness).

Fantastic pan/blur while keeping a clean subject. I'm giving this a 10 as it's the perfect fit with the challenge and a good shot. I feel the motion in this - it's making me dizzy even keeping it on screen long enough to make sure i don't see any 'photoshop lines' and type this up.
