You asked for your shot to have a comment from a member of the Critique Club.

This is an interesting shot, when i first saw it, I thought it was from an old Motorola juke box.

You read the challenge description and used lighting to make a dramatic shot. Unfortunetly it is not that dramatic

Your focal point is in the top let hand corner, maybe if it had been centered and lower on the pillars this would have had the more dramatic impact that you wanted.

post processing, sharpening would be good, but bar that I really like your colours and think you did well with this shot

There is an odd color cast over the whole image. Perhaps your white balance settings were off. Not really sure, but it does not look right.

Something's very off with your colors... Also, it looks a little awkward cutting off the top of your subject. It's fine to cut something off, but when it's such a small amount, it makes it look like an accident instead of making it look intentional.

It's a very nice arrangement, though, and that's actually the hardest part!

Uh-oh. Getting a potential double-whammy on this one. First, there's no story or "tale" being told here. Then secondly, the photo has a few issues. The light is flat and needs more contrast, it's soft on focus, and somewhat noisy. Sorry...keep at it. Ask some questions in the forums for feedback once the challenge is finished.
