Do I ever know that feeling. :-) Great photo too. I love the gradual fade from right to left. It leaves me wondering how many shots you had to take to get such a perfect look. Love everything about this. I'm not sure if it's as "textbook" low-key as some of the other entries, but I certainly won't mark you down for it. 10 I'd like to see a full-size version of this. I hate how much detail has to go with DPC's size requirements.

Meets Challenge: 2 of 3. Some parts of this shot are low key, but the lamp certainly isn't. A better crop may have helped meet the challenge.
Technical: 3 of 3. Well exposed, well focused. The crop, from a technical standpoint, is good.
