That said, this is a terrific image. Sharp focus, good lighting, good skin tones, nice composition, interesting face. I might try a little Neat Image to make the pores on his face a bit less obvious.

Dont get me wrong, I admire it when ppl think outisde of the envelope. but outside of the cosmos is taking things a bit too far...sorry

It's a nice picture, but I would have liked to have seen a child for the father to show his devotion on.
