Magnificent night street scene. The noise does not distract me in the least. I would always trade illumination and stopped action for a little noise. I want to visit the homeland of my ancestors, too.

What a great location -and an interesting choice to bring down the bright lights so much in post-processing. It allows us to explore the finer details of the cobblestones etc...

Both are great images, but I think I like this non-HDR one better. I like to travel, and places that don't look real may be nice photos, but they don't give me that itch to travel there because my brain tells me it isn't real. I do wish this one had the nice lush green that the June image had. If only us photographers had time machines.
