I hesitate to make comments since I am obviously not an expert, but here goes: the photo meets the challenge and is an interesting subject. It is just my opinion that a photo should be able to "stand alone" apart from the challenge (not sure that makes sense, in other words, it should be a good subject even if you don't know what challenge it was entered into). I felt that was where this photo was a little weak -- I couldn't see it having meaning apart from the challenge.

Thanks to you all for your vote!

This is a coffee table with glass surface and the view is between the glass and the wooden surfaces that create a texture like the sea close to the seashore. The black shadow at the top is the edge of the glass and I couldn't exclude from the photo because my lens is thick enough to get into the gap between the glass and the surfaces. Only noise reduction, crop and resize is applied to the photo.
