For me, there's a lot of competing color and the point of color (if it's the world in her hands)isn't the main subject. Perhaps it would have seemed more so if she was looking at it too. With her gaze on the camera the globe seems incidental.

Her hairdo and look is great and I like the color contrast (brown with pastel blue). Seems to have a bit of redeye though.

I recommend reading the rules in the future. Unfortunate, but you check a box during submission asking you if you read and followed the rules. Since you're new to challenges I would read them each time you submit as I used to just to be clear that you followed them all for each challenge type. In time you will know what is allowed under basic or advanced without even looking.

I love winding roads and this one is interesting. Not sure about the time of day and available lighting when you chose to take this photo. Nothing very dramatic about it as the light is somewhat even and flat. JMO of course. Good luck.
