I really like this but the head appears just that little bit too dark. I hope it is not just my monitor settings - (I am fairly confident it is not). Seems to be the only beast that has found something worth struggling to get at. Cropping to get rid of the right hand side almost to the tree stump would (I think) give it more impact

A little bland and too centered, but I really like it. It is a very powerful photo. I'm still thinking of how I might have used it in the Inspiration Poster challenge (if I had taken it).

A tighter crop on the face would have helped make the good shot better. I can't see the eyes so some additional lighting would give it personality
