Not the best choice in picture to use - there is no real subject. The car is a deffinite detractor - with it copped out the picture would have been much better because you have excellent contrast between the flags and background. That, and leaving the stream in color to 'anchor' the shot for balance after cropping the vehicle would have put this one in the running for top place.

the flags make a lovely bold statement but the background of the houses is very busy and distracting....would like to see this shot from a different angle with the fields behind if that were possible
